Adding Analysis and Processing resources to FAIRiCUBE#

Resource-Metadata Request#

In case the analysis and processing resource metadata is not yet listed in the catalog the user should issue a new request utilizing the respective links given above.

To add new analysis and processing resource-metadata to the FAIRiCUBE Catalog the following request procedure has been defined:

  1. Go to te analysis and processing metadata ingestion form
  2. Log in using your credential or GitHub account
  3. Fill in the form fields
  4. Review and confirm your submission
  5. The metadata is now available in the FAIRiCUBE Catalog

The Resource Metadata ingestion can be reached at: https://fairicube-md.dev.epsilon-italia.it/

Resource-Metadata editing#

This procedure can be followed if the user needs to change the metadata of existing analysis and processing resources:

  1. Go to te analysis and processing metadata ingestion form
  2. Log in using your credential or GitHub account
  3. Click on "Edit Metadata" button
  4. Select the analysis and processing resources metadata to be edited
  5. Fill in the form fields
  6. Review and confirm your submission
  7. The metadata is now available in the FAIRiCUBE Catalog

Note: a user can only edit the metadata of analysis and processing resources entered with their credentials. Select the analysis and processing resources metadata to be edited

Upload consumed resources#

For each resource, it is possible to upload the csv file containing the information in terms of resources consumed by the various executions of an algorithm or pipeline. The measurements have been taken using the tool that can be found at the following link.

This procedure can be followed:

  1. Go to te analysis and processing metadata ingestion form
  2. Log in using your credential or GitHub account
  3. Click on "Upload consumed resources" button
  4. Select the analysis and processing resources
  5. Upload the csv file

Note: for all resources in the catalog, a user can enter the csv file.

Codelist Change Request#

A Codelist Change Request can be proposed using the related GitHub issue.
